How do I track my order?
The Delivery of your orders shall take place within 4 to 7 days of shipping of the orders. On shipping of your Order, you will get an email from our end to your registered email address stating the details of the shipments and shipment service in which your Order has been shipped. Some of the shipment services engaged by us offers tracking of orders and you can track the status of your shipment by visiting the websites of such service providers. The details of tracking orders, if available, shall be mentioned in the shipment email send from our end.
How do I return an item?
In the event, the Items delivered to you any of the following items:
Items that are physically damaged or defective
Items that are wrongly delivered
Items that varies from the description
We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy:
If you have size or fitting issue you can courier the same product to your physical store address and exchange the product within 7 days of delivery.
For all exchanges and replacement please email our customer care executive at email@example.com along with your complete order details and issues.
We will pick the product from your doorstep and ship you the required order once we receive the shipment. There will be no extra shipping charge levied by us.
Conditions under which a replacement is done?
We will accept Replacement and Exchanges of an Item only if the following conditions are met:
Size exchange should be initiated within 7 days of delivery of the Item.
The tags and labels on the item should be intact.
The Product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
Cancellation of orders?
You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. You can cancel your orders by sending an email along with your Order Id to firstname.lastname@example.org from your registered email address. Our Customer Service Executives will contact you for confirmation of the cancellation request. Once the cancellation request has been made from your end, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel your order.
After confirmation of the cancellation request, Your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you had made the order within 4 to 7 days depends on the policy of your Bank. You will be notified about the cancellation of your order via email.
What is your refund policy?
We do refunds only in genuine case of delivery of defective products and on no other grounds. In the event of delivery of defective products, You have to send an email to our customer support executives at email@example.com along with the details of the order, nature of issues, photographs of the defective product. In the event, on our verification if it is observed that the defect is incurred due any of your actions or omissions, then Sneaker Freaker will not be responsible for any refund. Before shipping the product we perform strict quality checks & make the video of the same while packaging. However, you may still opt for exchange and returns in an aforementioned manner. All applicable refunds shall be made to the bank account from which you had processed the payment.
